Dr. D. Keith Morley

Dr. D. Keith Morley DDS attended city schools in Elizabethton, Tennessee through eighth grade and then graduated from University High on the campus of ETSU in 1966. He then attended UT Knoxville and graduated in 1970. He attended the University of Tennessee Dental School in 1972, and during dental school enlisted in the United States Army.

While in the military, he had extensive training in family dentistry, endodontics (root canal therapy) and oral surgery, including removal of wisdom teeth. After his military service, he returned to his home town of Elizabethton and began private practice in 1976.


Dr. Morley trained under the infamous Dr. Gelb and Dr. Witzig in TMJ treatment. He was a charter member of the American Association for Functional Orthodontics, a member of Mid America Orthodontic Society, and the America Orthodontic Society.


He studied for several years under various ortho clinicians including Dr. Robert Gerety, one of the top training dentists in non-extraction orthodontics.


Dr. Morley loves to work on children in the pediatric field of dentistry. He enjoys helping people recreate a new smile.


He loves the outdoors, including hunting, fishing and water sports. He enjoys attending church and service work for the community as a Rotarian and Shriner. He is married and has five children. Three have graduated from college and have careers, and two are in college at the present time, one at the University of Tennessee Knoxville and one at Northeast State.


Dr. Morley loves to go to Football and Basketball games at UT and the local Elizabethton Twins games. Dr. Morley has been selected as one of America's Top Dentists for the past several years.
